We are delighted to welcome ex-members of the emergency services to the facilities offered by the Lord Kitchener Memorial Holiday Centre.
Until recently the Centre, at 10 Kirkley Cliff, Lowestoft, was governed by a Charity Commission trust deed permitting them to offer holiday accommodation to ex-merchant and ex-armed forces personnel and their spouses.
The trustees are delighted to announce that the terms of this deed have now been expanded to include ex-emergency service personnel. We look forward to welcoming retired police, fire service. ambulance and other emergency service personnel from all parts of the United Kingdom to the Centre in time for our 100th anniversary year in 2019.
For the background to this change see the latest section of our history.
